Advisory board: Trude Maas, member of the Senate of the Dutch Parliament Trude Maas is president of the Hay Vision Society, a consultancy and trend-watching firm in the field of human resources. She is also member of the Upper House of Parliament in the Netherlands, where she is chairman of the Committee for Education and Science. She participates in advisory Groups with regard to lifelong learning, innovation in education etc. and serves at different Supervisory Boards, amongst others ABN AMRO, Philips Electronics Netherlands, Schiphol Group and Twynstra Gudde. Trude is also a keynote speaker at the International HRD Conference.
